Refund Policy
1. Scope of Policy
This refund policy applies to paid services offered by TigerMind Tech, including online courses, in-person training, corporate workshops, and AI-related consulting projects.
2. General Course Refunds
Full refunds will be granted for cancellation requests submitted 7 days or more prior to the course start date.
For requests made 4 to 6 days before the course begins, a 30% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the course start date or after the course has begun.
In the event that a course is canceled due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, a full refund will be provided or rescheduling assistance will be offered.
3. Corporate / Government-Subsidized Courses
Due to government funding and hardware bundle inclusion, no refunds will be provided once registration is confirmed.
4. Course Cancellation or Changes
If a course is canceled by TigerMind Tech, participants will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled class.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at Tiger.ai.tw@gmail.com with your name, course title, registration date, and reason for the refund. We will respond within 3 business days.
